I was involved in a three car accident at 2am while visiting relatives.  NCT came out within 20 minutes of my call (1st company to come up on my search). My car was carefully removed and stored at their facility to preserve any evidence that may have been needed (other driver was intoxicated). Their understanding and expertise made a terrible event more bearable. Being from out of town, this was a stressful ordeal. Sam and his crew were in constant communication with me.
